Ingredients:
  • 4 tortilla, flour
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce, no salt added
  • 16 slice pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp olives, black canned, sliced
  • 3/4 cup cheese, mozzarella, low sodium, grated
  • 1 onion, yellow, thinly sliced (~2/3 cup)
  • 1 peppers, green, cut into thin strips (~3/4 cup)
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Spread the tomato sauce over each tortilla shell.
    3. Evenly distribute the green pepper, onion, pepperoni slices, olives and cheese to each tortilla shell.
  2. Cooking
    1. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until cheese has melted and tortilla has become crisp.
