Ingredients:
1 pepper, red, chopped (~3/4 cup)
1 pepper chipotle, canned in adobo sauce, chopped, 1 tbsp adobo reserved
2 tbsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic, chopped (~2 tsp)
1/2 tsp coriander, ground
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1/4 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
1 lb fish, shark, steak

Instructions:
Prep
In a food processor, combine the red pepper, chipotle, adobo, lime juice, garlic, coriander, cumin with half of the pepper.
Puree until smooth.
Reserve half of the puree and set aside.
Place the fish steaks in a resealable plastic bag and add half of the marinade.
Cover and marinate 20 minutes.
Cooking
Remove the fish from the marinade and season with pepper.
Grill, turning over once, until cooked through, about 10 minutes total.
Serve with reserved marinade.
