Ingredients:
1 orange, diced, peeled (~3/4 cup)
1 onion, red, diced (~2 3/4 cups)
1/2 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/3 tbsp vinegar, white wine
1/2 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
1 tsp salt, kosher
1 1/3 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
4 beef, striploin steak

Instructions:
Prep
Mix orange pieces, red onion, cilantro, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and white wine vinegar in small bowl.
Season salsa with the pepper and half of the salt.
Combine chile powder and cayenne in small bowl.
Sprinkle chile mixture and remaining salt on both sides of steaks.
Cooking
Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Cook steaks, in two batches, to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Serve steaks with salsa.
