Roasted Mushrooms with Garlic Butter

1 tbsp butter, unsalted
2 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt, kosher
1/4 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
12 oz mushroom, button or common white (~19)
2 tbsp parsley, fresh curly, chopped
2 tbsp cheese, Parmesan, low sodium, grated
Instructions:
Prep
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cooking
Melt butter with garlic, salt, and pepper in the microwave.
Put mushrooms in an 8" square baking dish and toss with garlic butter.
Bake, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are soft and juicy, 15 to 20 minutes.
Just before serving, toss mushrooms with parsley and parmessan.
