Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt, kosher
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
  • 12 oz mushroom, button or common white (~19)
  • 2 tbsp parsley, fresh curly, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cheese, Parmesan, low sodium, grated
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cooking
    1. Melt butter with garlic, salt, and pepper in the microwave.
    2. Put mushrooms in an 8" square baking dish and toss with garlic butter.
    3. Bake, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are soft and juicy, 15 to 20 minutes.
    4. Just before serving, toss mushrooms with parsley and parmessan.
