Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream, fat free
1/2 cup mayonnaise, reduced-calorie, cholesterol-free
2 cups onion, green / scallion, sliced
1 1/3 tbsp onion soup mix
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
1 cup broccoli, florets
10 radishes, trimmed, halved
1 pepper, red, cut into 1/4" sticks
1 pepper, yellow, cut into 1/4" sticks
4 carrot, peeled, cut into 2" long sticks
8 onion, green / scallion, trimmed
Instructions:
Prep
In a bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped green onion, dry onion soup mix, onion powder and pepper.
Place in a decorative bowl.
Arrange vegetables on a platter and place the onion dip in the centre.
