Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sour cream, fat free
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, reduced-calorie, cholesterol-free
  • 2 cups onion, green / scallion, sliced
  • 1 1/3 tbsp onion soup mix
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
  • 1 cup broccoli, florets
  • 10 radishes, trimmed, halved
  • 1 pepper, red, cut into 1/4" sticks
  • 1 pepper, yellow, cut into 1/4" sticks
  • 4 carrot, peeled, cut into 2" long sticks
  • 8 onion, green / scallion, trimmed
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. In a bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped green onion, dry onion soup mix, onion powder and pepper.
    2. Place in a decorative bowl.
    3. Arrange vegetables on a platter and place the onion dip in the centre.
