Ingredients:
16 olives, kalamata, pitted (~4 2/3 oz)
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp capers
1 fish, anchovy fillets, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, chopped (~2 tsp)
1 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
4 pita bread, whole wheat (4" dia), cut into wedges
Instructions:
Prep
Place all the ingredients except the pita breads in a food processor or blender.
Cover and process until slightly coarse.
Spoon into serving dish. Serve with pita bread wedges.
