Ingredients:
  • 16 olives, kalamata, pitted (~4 2/3 oz)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 1 fish, anchovy fillets, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped (~2 tsp)
  • 1 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
  • 4 pita bread, whole wheat (4" dia), cut into wedges
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. Place all the ingredients except the pita breads in a food processor or blender.
    2. Cover and process until slightly coarse.
    3. Spoon into serving dish. Serve with pita bread wedges.
