Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp vinegar, rice
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp sesame seeds, white
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp sugar, white granulated
  • 2 tsp soy sauce, low sodium
  • 2 cups cabbage, chinese (pe-tsai) / napa, finely shredded (~1/4)
  • 1 peppers, green, thinly sliced (~3/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup carrot, grated (~1/2)
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, roasted, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. In a bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, sugar and soy.
    2. Mix the prepared vegetables together and toss with dressing.
    3. Top with chopped peanuts.
