Ingredients:
3 tbsp vinegar, rice
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp sesame seeds, white
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp sugar, white granulated
2 tsp soy sauce, low sodium
2 cups cabbage, chinese (pe-tsai) / napa, finely shredded (~1/4)
1 peppers, green, thinly sliced (~3/4 cup)
1/4 cup carrot, grated (~1/2)
1/4 cup peanuts, roasted, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
Prep
In a bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, sugar and soy.
Mix the prepared vegetables together and toss with dressing.
Top with chopped peanuts.
