Ingredients:
2 tomatoes, hot house, sliced, 1/4" thick
1 1/2 oz cheese, mozzarella, low sodium, sliced (~1 1/2 slice (1 oz))
1 tbsp basil, fresh, sliced
1/8 tsp salt, kosher
1/4 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
2 tsp vinegar, balsamic
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Prep
Layer tomatoes alternately with cheese and basil on plate.
Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle balsamic and then olive oil overtop tomatoes and cheese.
