Ingredients:
  • 2 tomatoes, hot house, sliced, 1/4" thick
  • 1 1/2 oz cheese, mozzarella, low sodium, sliced (~1 1/2 slice (1 oz))
  • 1 tbsp basil, fresh, sliced
  • 1/8 tsp salt, kosher
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
  • 2 tsp vinegar, balsamic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. Layer tomatoes alternately with cheese and basil on plate.
    2. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle balsamic and then olive oil overtop tomatoes and cheese.
