Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt, kosher
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp dill, fresh, finely chopped (~5 1/2 sprigs)
  • 6 cups mixed greens, mesclun1
  • 1/4 cup pecans, toasted
  1. Alternatives would be: spinach, baby
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. In a small bowl, whisk maple syrup, lemon juice and oil until smooth.
    2. Whisk in Dijon, salt and pepper.
    3. Stir in dill.
    4. Wash, dry and tear greens into bite-size pieces. Place in a large bowl.
    5. When ready to serve, whisk dressing and pour over greens.
    6. Toss until greens are glistening with dressing.
    7. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve right away.
