Ingredients:
1 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup vinegar, white
4 fillet fish, salmon, fresh
2 tbsp dill, fresh, chopped
1/4 tsp salt, kosher
1/4 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
Instructions:
Prep
In a stainless steel bowl, combine the maple syrup with the vinegar.
Drizzle over the salmon fillets and let stand for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Cooking
Prepare a rack in the oven over a baking sheet.
Remove the salmon from the marinade, and reserve the marinade.
Place the salmon fillets, presentation side up on the rack and bake for 8 minutes or until desired doneness.
In a sauce pan take about 4 tablespoons of the reserved marinade and reduce it until thick, add dill salt and pepper.
Drizzle with reduced marinade.
