Ingredients:
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar, white
  • 4 fillet fish, salmon, fresh
  • 2 tbsp dill, fresh, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt, kosher
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. In a stainless steel bowl, combine the maple syrup with the vinegar.
    2. Drizzle over the salmon fillets and let stand for 10 minutes.
    3. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Cooking
    1. Prepare a rack in the oven over a baking sheet.
    2. Remove the salmon from the marinade, and reserve the marinade.
    3. Place the salmon fillets, presentation side up on the rack and bake for 8 minutes or until desired doneness.
    4. In a sauce pan take about 4 tablespoons of the reserved marinade and reduce it until thick, add dill salt and pepper.
    5. Drizzle with reduced marinade.
