4 oz yogurt, frozen vanilla, nonfat (~2/3 cup)
1 mango, diced (~1 1/4 cups)
1/4 cup almonds, slivered, toasted
Instructions:
Prep
Puree the blackberries along with the lemon juice and sugar.
Divide the yogurt among serving dishes and top with blackberry puree, followed by diced mango and toasted almonds.
