Ingredients:
  • 1 cup blackberries, frozen, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar, white granulated
  • 4 oz yogurt, frozen vanilla, nonfat (~2/3 cup)
  • 1 mango, diced (~1 1/4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup almonds, slivered, toasted
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. Puree the blackberries along with the lemon juice and sugar.
    2. Divide the yogurt among serving dishes and top with blackberry puree, followed by diced mango and toasted almonds.
