Ingredients:
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 papaya
  • 1 cup cantaloupe
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh
  • 1 cup blueberries, wild fresh
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp honey, liquid
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom, ground
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. Peel kiwis, then slice.
    2. Peel mango. Slice fruit from stone in long thick pieces.
    3. Peel papaya. Cut in half and scoop out and discard seeds. Then cut into chunks.
    4. Peel cantaloupe and discard seeds. Chop fruit into 1/2" pieces. Place in a large bowl.
    5. Hull strwberries. Slice into quarters or eighths, then stir into mixture.
    6. Add the wild blueberries.
    7. Place the lime zest and lime juice in a small bowl and stir in honey and cardamom.
    8. Pour over fruit.
    9. Gently stir to evenly mix.
    10. Can be served in a hollowed out cantaloupe if desired.
