Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley, fresh italian / flat leaf, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp oregano, dried flakes
  • 1/2 tsp thyme, dried
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
  • 1 lb pork, loin chop, boneless, cut into equal sized portions
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. Mix together the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, parsley, oregano, thyme and pepper.
    2. Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and add the lemon marinade.
    3. Seal and toss to coat.
    4. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
    5. Preheat the barbecue.
  2. Cooking
    1. Remove the chops from the marinade.
    2. Grill the chops over medium high for 6 minutes per side, until cooked through.
