2 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
Cooking
Cook the sweet potatoes whole in a pot of cold salted water until just cooked and still firm, about 25 minutes.
Preheat the barbecue.
Allow to cool slightly, then slice into 1/4" thick rounds.
Brush the rounds with olive oil.
Grill the sweet potatoes on both sides until slightly charred, about 5 minutes total.
