Spicy Green Beans and Water Chestnuts

Ingredients:
1 lb beans, green, trimmed (~82 1/2)
1 tsp canola oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup slices water chestnuts, sliced, rinsed, drained
1 tsp sesame seeds, white, toasted
2 tsp soy sauce, low sodium
Instructions:
Cooking
Place water in the bottom half of a steamer and bring to a boil.
Steam the green beans until just cooked and still crunchy, about 4 minutes.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat and add the red pepper flakes and water chestnuts and saute stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Add the sesame seeds and drained green beans and cook, stirring until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Season with soy and serve.
