Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder, hot
  • 1 chilies, green, seeded and chopped
  • 3 cups cauliflower, florets
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth, canned low sodium
  • 2 cups peas, frozen, thawed
  • 15 oz beans, black canned, without salt, rinsed and drained
Instructions:
  1. Cooking
    1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    2. Cook curry powder and chilies in oil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    3. Stir in cauliflower and broth.
    4. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
    5. Stir in peas and beans.
    6. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
