Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp vinegar, white wine
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt, kosher
  • 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cucumber, english, peeled
  • 1 1/2 tsp dill, fresh, chopped
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. Whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt, and maple syrup in a bowl, then add oil in a slow stream, whisking.
    2. Halve cucumber lengthwise and remove seeds with a small spoon.
    3. Cut halves crosswise into 1/8-inch-thick slices.
    4. Add cucumber and dill to vinaigrette, tossing to coat.
