Chicken Saute with Paprika Cream

Ingredients:
4 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 1/2 tbsp paprika, sweet
1/2 tsp salt, kosher
1/2 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
2 tsp butter, unsalted
1 onion, red, thinly sliced (~2 3/4 cups)
1/4 cup wine, white dry
3 tbsp cream, heavy (35%)
Instructions:
Cooking
Sprinkle chicken on both sides with half of the paprika, then salt and pepper.
Melt half of the butter in a pan over medium high heat.
Add chicken and saute until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken to plate.
Add remaining half of the butter and onion to pan.
Reduce heat to medium.
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Mix in half of the paprika, then wine and cream.
Boil until sauce thickens slightly, about 4 minutes.
Return chicken and any juices to pan; simmer to rewarm, about 1 minute.
