Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk, reduced fat
  • 1 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1 tsp paprika, sweet
  • 1/4 tsp salt, sea
  • 4 chicken breast cutlet (~1 lb)
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. Mix together the buttermilk, cayenne, paprika and salt.
    2. Place the chicken cutlets in a resealable plastic bag.
    3. Add the buttermilk and marinate for 20 minutes.
    4. Preheat the barbecue.
  2. Cooking
    1. Remove the chicken from the marinade.
    2. Grill the chicken until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.
