- 1 1/2 tbsp barbecue sauce ♦
- 1 tsp sugar, white granulated
- 1 tsp vinegar, cider
- 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce ♦
- 1/2 tsp ginger, fresh, peeled
- 1/8 tsp cayenne powder
- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut into 1" cubes

- Prep
- Place an oven rack in the top most position of the oven.
- Preheat the broiler.
- Whisk together the hoisin, barbecue sauce, sugar, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and ginger.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto metal skewers.
- Cooking
- Broil the skewers for 3 minutes, then turn over and broil 3 minutes more.
- Liberally brush the barbecue sauce over the chicken and broil for another 4 minutes until cooked through.
