Broiled Chicken with Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 1/2 tbsp barbecue sauce
1 tsp sugar, white granulated
1 tsp vinegar, cider
3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ginger, fresh, peeled
1/8 tsp cayenne powder
1 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut into 1" cubes
Instructions:
Prep
Place an oven rack in the top most position of the oven.
Preheat the broiler.
Whisk together the hoisin, barbecue sauce, sugar, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and ginger.
Thread the chicken pieces onto metal skewers.
Cooking
Broil the skewers for 3 minutes, then turn over and broil 3 minutes more.
Liberally brush the barbecue sauce over the chicken and broil for another 4 minutes until cooked through.
