Broccoli and Cauliflower with Parmesan

Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli, florets
2 cups cauliflower, florets
6 oz cream of mushroom soup, condensed, low sodium (~2/3 cup)
6 oz water (~3/4 cup)
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp cheese, Parmesan, low sodium
1/4 tsp pepper, black freshly ground
Instructions:
Cooking
Mix together the broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom soup, water and nutmeg in a pan.
Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes until broccoli and cauliflower are tender.
Remove from the heat and sprinkle with Parmesan and pepper.
Let stand 2 minutes, covered before serving.
