4 banana, cut into 1/4" thick slices
1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/4 cup sugar, raw brown

Instructions:
Prep
Strain the yogurt through a cheese cloth for 20 minutes.
Preheat the broiler.
Divide the banana slices among 4 ramekins
Sprinkle each with cinnamon.
Top each with yogurt, covering the banana slices completely.
Sprinkle each with 1 tbsp sugar coating evenly.
Cooking
Place each ramekin on a baking sheet and place under the broiler.
Broil until sugar begins to brown, about 3 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
