Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups yogurt, plain, low fat1
  • 4 banana, cut into 1/4" thick slices
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 cup sugar, raw brown
  1. Alternatives would be: labneh, Greek yogurt
Instructions:
  1. Prep
    1. Strain the yogurt through a cheese cloth for 20 minutes.
    2. Preheat the broiler.
    3. Divide the banana slices among 4 ramekins
    4. Sprinkle each with cinnamon.
    5. Top each with yogurt, covering the banana slices completely.
    6. Sprinkle each with 1 tbsp sugar coating evenly.
  2. Cooking
    1. Place each ramekin on a baking sheet and place under the broiler.
    2. Broil until sugar begins to brown, about 3 minutes.
    3. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
