MealEasy takes a common sense approach to healthy eating. All our meals consist of a variety of whole food ingredients, including fresh vegetables, fruit, whole grains, quality meats, seafood and dairy products. This ensures all MealEasy meals are as healthy as they can be. With this approach, pre-packaged, processed, and convenience foods are reduced, keeping unhealthy fat, sodium and preservatives to a minimum.

Key nutrients in each plan have been calculated, so that you don't have to. As a result, you generally get consistent, predictable and healthy amounts of nutrients using any one of our plans.

With each meal, we provide a Nutrition Facts table, as you would typically find on most packaged foods. This helps you get consistent nutritional information for each meal, including the amount and percentage of the Daily Value (DV) for each nutrient.

The nutritional values and guidelines that we have utilized, are based on consultations and/or information obtained from certified nutritionists and dieticians, as well as US and Canadian Heart and Stroke, and Diabetes Associations.
